Our offices are based in Barcelona, Guangzhou and Hong Kong, where Chinese and Spanish lawyers work with a qualified knowledge in Chinese and Spanish legal aspects. We are the only Spanish speaking law firm in the South of China, registered in both Guangzhou and Hong Kong as Foreign Law Firm.

We offer legal and tax advice to foreign companies –Spanish and South American- willing to invest in Asia and, vice versa, to Asian -mostly Chinese- companies seeking to invest in Europe or Latin America.

Our clients are both SME’s and MNC’s. We recognize that each one of them has different requirements and our professional goal is to provide them with an efficient and cost effective service tailored to their specific needs.
