玉柴船舶动力股份有限公司（简称：玉柴船动）由中国最大的柴油机制造企业广西玉柴机器集团有限公司投资，成立于2009年，公司位于珠海市富山工业园。项目计划总投资25亿，其中一期已经完成投资15亿元。公司在2014年被评为国家“高新技术企业”，是珠海市战略性新兴产业实施重点企业，公司技术中心为珠海市重点企业技术中心，低速机一期项目被列为广东省“调结构，促增长”重点项目之一。

公司具备WINGD、曼恩二冲程发动机生产许可，可生产制造YCMP-WIN GD 系列和YCMP-MANB&W系列船用低速发动机，年产能110台/120万马力。产品广泛应用于散货船、集装箱船、油轮、工程船等各类船舶。公司首台船用低速机于2011年11月成功下线，2015年6月，公司生产的世界首台投入商业运营的5RT-flex50DF双燃料低速发动机成功交验。

以“一业为主，多元发展”为经营方针，公司在做好船用发动机主业的同时，大力发展海洋工程钢结构产品、空投发电机组等业务。

Yuchai Marine Power Co., Ltd. (“YCMP”for short) was invested by Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Group Co., Ltd., thelargest domestic diesel engine manufacturer, in 2009. YCMP is located in Zhuhai Fushan Industrial Park, andhas a planned total investment of RMB 2.5 billion, including RMB 1.5 billioninvested in the first phase project. Appraised as National High-tech Enterprise in 2014, YCMP is a key enterprise of Zhuhai’sstrategic emerging industry, its technology department is listed among those ofkey enterprises of Zhuhai, and its first phase low-speed engine project is oneof the key projects of Guangdong Province for“Structure Adjustment and Growth Promotion”.

YCMP got the production license from WINGD and MAN for producing YCMP-WIN GD and YCMP-MAN B&W series marine lowspeed diesel engine, with a production capacity of 110 units/1.2 million hp. Theproducts are widely used for various ships such as bulk cargo ship, containership, tanker and engineering ship. The first low-speed marine engine of YCMPwas produced in November 2011. In June, 2015, the world’s first 5RT-flex 50DFlow speed diesel engine for commercial purpose is successfully accepted.

Adhering to the operation policy of“Focusing on Main Business, Diversified Development”, YCMP is doing its best inthe marine engine industry and expanding vigorously the businesses ofoceaneering steel structure products and air-drop generator sets, etc.
