博可机械成立于1920年，总部位于德国黑森林地区。一百年来，博可致力于为全球用户提供专业的层压系统及表面处理技术解决方案。博可产品应用广泛，适用于太阳能电池组件、印制电路板、智能卡制造、木制品制造、玻璃制造及保温板制造等多个行业。

博可在华全资子公司博可中国成立于2003年，现有员工百余名，拥有一批德国资深专家和中国机械精英。产品包括： Work Cell2系列、LAMV系列及CCL系列真空层压系统、SMARTLAM 系列塑料卡层压系统, EASY Lam及Ypsator太阳能光伏电池组件层压系统,木工行业层压系统等。

博可太仓制造中心（太仓市城厢镇太仓市科技产业园利民路29号）已于2022年下半年启用。
