Accounting & Reporting Analyst-Payable

Your role and responsibilities
Process accounting transactions for Accounts Payable (AP) in a complete, accurate and timely manner while ensuring compliance with internal
guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements.

Main Accountabilities:
1. Transaction pro-cessing
Payment processing, ensuring accurate, timely processing and tracking. Performing other jobs/projects, complete related testing as require.
2. Monthly closing
Performs necessary activities within the Accounts Payable area to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
3. Analysis
Executes analysis and reports as assigned and takes appropriate action as necessary.
4. Internal controls
Complies with and helps achieve Internal Control over Financial Reporting compliance in Accounts Payable for applicable templates.
Participates in internal control testing and prepares relevant documentation.
5. Communication
Ensures all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and/or issues to maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications for the role

1. 1~ 2 years job experience at finance position
2. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance and Accounting
3. Good oral and written English.
4. Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, improvement, good written and verbal communication skills.
5. Experience in SAP/Excel/PPT/Power BI Skill
6. Possess strong numerical sensitivity, clear logical reasoning in calculations.
7. Easy going, optimistic, patient, persevering, good inter-personal skills, with result orientation and customer orientation.
