Production Supervisor

Your Role and Responsibilities
· Ensure to implement and adherence to health and safety procedures. Create a culture of safety and 5s, identify/remove safety hazards.
· Determine and ensure the labor resource based on the capacity requirements, controlling costs of indirect/direct labor & overhead, and measuring/managing manufacturing cost variance.
· Implement and control the production schedule as required to achieve on-time-delivery.
· Develop team professional skills through training program. Maintain a skillful and energetic team to meet business requirement.
Qualifications for the Role
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
· 5 years of experience in Advance Manufacturing/Production Management
· Knowledge in Motor Performance, MES.
· Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement.
· Proficient English verbal and writing skills.
