Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support business, collaborate with different teams, and contribute to the company's strategic objectives. Each day, you will gain knowledge by performing tasks as directed by the program manager/corresponding leader. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and participating in the local Trainee Program.
This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power business in Xiamen, China.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Each day, you will gain knowledge by performing tasks as directed by the program manager/corresponding leader. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and participating in the local Trainee Program.
This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power business in Xiamen, China.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Unlock N possibilities: Within 12 months, deeply understand the entire operation process of MNS low-voltage switch cabinets, go through several rotations, fully participate in project bidding, engineering design, intelligent manufacturing, quality management, and verify your interest direction through real projects. Reject "assembly-line" growth.
- Double experience bonus: Senior mentors provide 1v1 coaching, and regularly drop "career secrets" - from technical difficulties to cross-departmental communication strategies. Provide all-round support to accelerate growth and help you become an industry expert.
- Growth visualization: Clear performance goals and regular performance feedback, receive customized capability analysis reports, clearly mark your "hard technical skills" and "high-energy communication skills" progress bars.
- Upgrade path: After 1 year, determine the position, unlock promotion opportunities for job levels, and start an unlimited possible career path.
Qualifications for the role
- Electrical major, with no more than 2 years of working experience.
- Possess good communication skills and be able to confidently use English to speak on the microphone.
- Be energetic and innovative, eager to showcase one's talents in the field of electrical engineering.
- Be curious about new technologies and willing to continuously learn and explore, contributing one's own strength to the development of the industry.

The company was founded in 1994 and consists of business units such as power distribution systems and smart power. It has over 500 experts and engineering technicians of various types, who are working efficiently to provide satisfactory products and services to customers in China and over 30 countries overseas.
