Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Acts as a business partner to the relevant business. Collects, analyzes, and interprets financial data. Updates budgets and forecasting models and identifies trends and problems. Communicates insights and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and optimize business outcomes.

Responsibilities：
• Supports the analysis of business performance versus plan and proposes improvement actions.
• Performs benchmarking of key performance indicators with competitors and similar businesses within ABB.
• Works with management team to understand and analyze drivers of finan-cial performance and identify market trends.
• Prepares financial modeling for various hypotheses and analyzes impact to the organization.
• Supports the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budget-ing, and forecasting for the relevant organization.
• Validates the accuracy of financial data and business information and re-ports through reconciliation and review of exceptions.
• Provides information to management by gathering and summarizing data, preparing reports, and making presentations of findings, analyses, and rec-ommendations.
• Optimizes their performance to increase productivity by developing auto-mated solutions, eliminating duplications, and coordinating information re-quirements.
• Performs controls within their area of responsibility, as designed.
• Maintains proper audit trail and documentation for future tax/internal/external audits and reviews.

Requirements:
• Accounting degree is mandatory.
• 5-year minimum relevant experience in manufacturing MNC.
• Analytical mindset with ability to influence decision-making.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills.
• Collaborative and passionate about growth and continuous improvement.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP / Excel / PowerBI / PowerPoint / ThinkCell tools.
• You are at ease communicating in English.
