Manufacturing Engineer

• Is responsible to support the production of flow line to find technical solution of problems which is block A/C assembly. • Is filtering expert of all NC’s and takes over first trouble shooting activities. Find solution together with quality, MAP & XP. Check the feasibility if final solution. • Is the specialist for all jigs and tools on related cabin and customization assembly work. Dimensions: Dimensions relevant to the position: Support for: - 700 WO per aircraft - 1800 different WO for 5 different customers in start-up phase - 250 Handbooks & SOI - 1500 special tools and equipment More than 4 years working experience with A320 aircraft systems

Main activities: The jobholder: • Analyse and transmit all docs describing the MCA condition that are delivered before Station start. • Conduct technical expertise with other support (MAP, ME…) • Analyse NC items - Manage other support and suppliers until closure • Conduct technical expertise to decide "litiqge" (DQN) need • Support MAP write DQN (Design Query Note)when the NC has a direct impact on the definition or on the process • Participate to the analysis of RTI(Repeat Test Instruction) • Create and address any tooling notice in case of improvements proposals on FAL Tools • Manage with specialized workshop specific part manufacturing to apply repair solution • Create Work Order for rework & repair activities. • Manage process validation and first article inspection • Ensure the interface with, Quality, Design Office, BackOffice, Flow Line, Supply Chain, MAP Engineering. • All main activities will be carried out with respect to Chinese culture in international environment and in English language. Outputs: The jobholder will: • Support the Flow Line production with Design Solution, work orders, process instructions in order to ensure the workflow • Support of the NC process by steering and filtering all NC’s and trouble shooting, creating Work Order for NC and being interface to MAP engineering, Supply Chain, Quality & Cross Plant • Be the focal point to ME Back Office for first application, new definition and implementation of new processes in FAL-C.
