物流操作货运、仓储
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the logistics means in the warehouse running well
- Monitor warehouse storage condition according to regulation
- Goods receipt for flying parts (Sea/air)
- Unloading flying parts and general purchase cargoes
- Physical operation issue follow up
- Manage the stock of the materials including dangerous goods compliance with the process and policy
- Sorting WO including relevant docs
- Regular cycle count, Ensure the inventory accuracy
- Prepare and internal transportation materials with necessary paperwork base on the requirement
- Packing, Loading and lashing cargos for the reverse flow (NC parts included) according to the transportation way (Sea or Air) and according to the packing regulations.
- Transaction in SAP system
- Ensure all activity on safety and security, 5S to be followed as well
- Production supporting
- High sense of responsibility and owner ship
- High sense of safety and security
- Team-work
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and self-disciplined
- Ethic and compliance
- Comfortable feeling in International working environment
- Can accept working shift model. Sometimes OT is required
- Basic office software like Excel/Word
- Simple communication in English
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and procedures in English
- Vocational school certificate or above, major in logistics or relevant
- Around 5 years working experience in international company
- forklift truck driving license
- Ability to drive the reach truck
- Good knowledge on forklift driving and management
- Rich experience in lashing
- DG operation license
- DG handling awareness
- NC awareness
- Good knowledge on logistics or supply chain
