CONTEXT OF THE POSITION
The job holder is mainly responsible for using the customs auxiliary declaration system to deal with import and export daily operation of flying parts, ensuring compliance and timely.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
✈ Validate shipping documents issued by suppliers; inform procure department or supplier if the documents cannot meet customs requirements.
✈ Classify customs tariff number & clarify Chinese name of goods to declare.✈ Give instruction and handover documents to forwarder or broker.
✈ Input import & export declaration data in SAP (PCH) and customs auxiliary declaration system (CTM).
✈ Validate import & export declaration data in the auxiliary declaration system (CTM).
✈ Regularly perform customs logbook discharge using the auxiliary declaration system (CTM).
✈ Maintain and develop customs auxiliary declaration system (CTM).
✈ Prepare shipping documents for flying parts return and scrap.
✈ Responsible for customs logbook updating.
✈ Query declaration information in single window.
✈ Support customs inspection of physical goods (including DG).
✈ Explain customs monitoring regulations to other departments.
✈ File archiving.
✈ Customs gate pass application in Jin Guan II system.
✈ Support AEO audit.
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENT
✈ Above bachelor degree and CET-4.
✈ Prefer major in university is system related.
✈ More than 3 years of import and export working experiences in processing and manufacturing enterprises.
✈ Understand the customs policies related to import and export.
✈ Understand the operational mode of customs processing trade logbook.
✈ Understand how to apply AEO and how to re-new it.
✈ Have basic knowledge of SAP system, auxiliary declaration system and single window.
✈ Have knowledge regarding customs logbook discharge process.
✈ Have rich knowledge regarding how to do HS code classification.
✈ Have basic understanding of the equipment import and export process.
✈ Familiar with air/sea transportation flow.
✈ Have good cooperation ability with government and authority (customs, commerce).
✈ Have a strong sense of responsibilities.
✈ Be fluent oral and written in English.
✈ Be able to work under pressure.
✈ Have good interpersonal skill and give sense.
✈ Have good analysis and synthesis skills.
