Job Responsibilities:

• Create detailed project plans and ensure timely execution of training initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external experts to facilitate top-quality training sessions.
• Collaborate with external specialists to design and develop cutting-edge AI courses.
• Organize and manage both online and offline training events.
• Monitor training outcomes and implement improvements to enhance the curriculum and training framework.
Job Requirements:
Desired Professional Experience:
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing training programs, preferably in AI or digital transformation domains.
• Proven track record in project management, including planning, executing, and delivering training projects.
• Experience in working with external experts and managing cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in both online and offline training environments.
Education Level and Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in project management or AI is a plus.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
• A strong understanding of modern training methodologies and course development processes.
