Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Responsibilities：- Manage end-to-end fulfilment of ISG service parts replenishment and rebalance orders from creation to delivery - Represent the global service organization in collaborating with the GEO Parts team to improve reverse logistics performance, meeting key KPIs such as reverse yield, on-time return, and credit recovery - Support the planning team in ensuring parts availability through initiatives like hot parts reverse pull strategies - Perform backlog management to reduce and prevent aging customer backlogs Job Requirements：1. Possess professional knowledge and practical experience in ISG service parts management or related logistics and supply chain fields.2. Have strong cross-departmental collaboration capabilities, able to effectively communicate and cooperate with global teams such as the GEO Parts team and planning team.3. Familiar with reverse logistics processes and KPIs management, able to propose targeted optimization solutions to improve work efficiency.
