财务业务控制经理 Business Control Manager

主要工作职责及任务Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
1) 遵守Sandvik所有EHS政策和程序。
Adhere to all Sandvik EHS policies and procedures.
2) 支持EHS领导承诺力和EHS活动。
Support for EHS Leadership Commitment and EHS activities.
3) 协助领导维护团队精神，促进工作环境中的和谐关系；处理好员工关系，加强与管理层和员工的沟通渠道，通过一系列活动提高员工满意度。
Assistant to leader to maintain teamwork and promote harmonious relationship in the work environment; to deal with the employee relationship and enhance communication channel with management and staff, improve employee satisfaction via a series of activities.
4) 负责编制各项财务报表的分析和报告，月、季、年度财务报告及上传。
Preparing the analysis reporting of financial statements, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and upload to related system.
5) 负责预测和预算编制。
Responsible for forecasting and budgeting.
6) 对实际结果、预测和目标进行跟踪、分析，并做出明确解释和评论。
Follow up, analysis and clear explanations and comments regarding actual results, forecasts and targets.
7) 支持盈利能力分析。
Support profitability analysis.
8) 准备和验证业务案例和投资建议。
Preparation and validation of business cases and investment proposals.
9) 提高报告和预测的准确性。
Driver of improvements in both reporting and forecasting accuracy.
10) 及时报告预警、实际、预测和目标结果。
On time reporting of early warning, actual, forecast and target results.
11) 负责生产成本核算、销售产品报价。
Responsible for production cost accounting, sales product quotation.
12) 支持绩效管理流程，包括关键绩效指标的制定和实施。
Support Performance Management process, including KPI development and implementation.
13) 推动净周转资金效率和整体业务绩效的提高。
Driver Net Working Capital efficiency and overall business performance.
14) 为业务控制内的标准化工作方式提供工具。
Provide tools for a standardized way of working within Business Control.
15) 为日常运营中的财务 IT 工具提供行政支持。
Provide administration support of Finance IT tools in day-to-day operations.
16) 领导一个专家团队，与当地财务部门和部门业务控制密切合作。
Lead a team of one expert, cooperate closely with local finance department and Divisional Business Control.
17) 领导并支持企业ERP系统（Navision）的推出。
Lead and support roll out of ERP System (Navision).
