Mechanical Engineer 机械工程师

Main Responsibilities:
主要职责：
• Well known mining and construction products development knowledge (including design and application) from mechanical aspects as R&D Mechanical engineer.
作为研发机械工程师，具备机械方面的知名采矿或工程机械产品开发知识（包括设计和应用）。
• Develops and designs of underground mining products (drills or other) based on production, the aftermarket, sales feedback or in accordance with product upgrade roadmap.
根据生产、售后市场、销售反馈或产品升级路线图，开发和设计地下采矿产品（钻机或其他）。
• Develop new designs as part of new development projects, or in response to customer requests and meet product technical specifications.
作为新开发项目组成员，响应客户要求并满足产品技术规范，进行新开发设计。
• Make product design change/optimization independently. Responds to and executes Engineering Change Notices (ECN). Prepares engineering drawings, BOM.
独立进行产品设计变更/优化。响应并执行工程变更通知(ECN)。准备工程图纸，BOM物料清单。
• Localization and cost down. Keep implementing cost down measures. Ensure designs are in compliance with local legislation. Support Sourcing Team to set up local suppliers.
本地化和降成本。持续实施降低成本的措施。支持采购团队建立本地供应商。
• Support hydraulic or electrical control system design when needed
支持液压或电气控制系统设计。
• Ensure component approvals and design calculations are kept up to date.
确保发布的零部件和设计计算保持更新。
• Hotline technical support to production or other departments when needed.
必要时为生产部门或其他部门提供技术支持。
• Collaborate and give support to production on machine assembly and testing, sourcing, documentation. Reduce scrap cost

• Support to quality improvement activity/project to approach global quality requirement.
支持质量改进活动及项目，以达到全球质量要求。
• Provide technical support for global customers’ requests to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Provide technical support to suppliers to solve their production issues to achieve global delivery reliability etc.
为供应商提供技术支持，解决其生产问题，实现全球可靠交付。
• Keep tracking competitor’s similar products.
持续追踪竞争对手的类似产品。
• Business travel (approx. 5%) and other duties as assigned.
出差（约5%）和分配的其他任务。
Qualifications：
资历要求：
• Well known Mining and Construction products development knowledges (including design and application) from mechanical aspects as R&D Mechanical engineer.
作为研发机械工程师，具备机械方面的知名采矿或工程机械产品开发知识（包括设计和应用）。
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Design or related is required.
机械设计或相关专业本科或以上学历。
• Minimum 8-year relevant working experience, major in Engineering, Heavy machinery, underground drill in R&D branch.
至少8年相关工作经验，主要在研发部门负责工程、重型机械、地下钻机等的研发。
• Technical background 技术背景
o Mechanical general layout and detail design
机械总体布局和细化设计。
o FEA analysis experience with Ansys or other tools is preferable
有Ansys或其他工具有限元分析经验者优先。
• Proficiency with UG NX is mandatory, better to have experience in Teamcenter or Windchill or SAP.
必须熟练使用UG NX，最好有Teamcenter、Windchill或SAP方面的经验。
• Knowledge and design experiences of electrical or (and) hydraulic systems are very preferable
有电气或（和）液压系统知识及设计经验优先。
• Familiar with the structure and concept design of mining & construction engineering machinery are big plus.
熟悉采矿和建筑工程机械的结构和概念设计者优先。
• Proficient English in reading and writing. Fluent oral English is a plus
