职位描述
1、负责实验室内样品分类、登记和确认。
2、负责工厂内原料和成品pH、brix、粘度、果粒含量、总酸等常规理化检测及趋势分析。
3、负责工厂内原料和成品铅、砷、汞、钠、亚硝酸盐、展青霉素等检测及趋势分析。
4、负责工厂内水取样、理化检测及趋势分析。
5、组织协调工厂内原料和成品感官品品评，汇总感官品评结果。
6、协助工厂内成品合格后的放行。
7、协助成品投诉样品的调查。
8、协助理化异常检测结果的分析。
9、负责理化检测区域的5S。
10、协助实验室内仪器设备的校准和管理。
任职要求：
1、统招专科以上，食品、生物、化学等相关专业；
2、有食品、生物、化学或第三方检测行业经验者，1年以上理化检测经验，熟悉HPLC和ICP-MS的使用；
3、熟悉pH、brix、粘度、总酸等的检测，熟悉铅、砷、汞、钠、亚硝酸盐、展青霉素等的检测；
4、熟悉HPLC、ICP-MS的使用和维护，有良好的实验技能和分析能力；
5、责任心强，关注细节，具有一定的抗压能力
