Job Descriptions:

Responsible for establishing standards and building end-to-end processes for the company's AI-related detection business, leading the development of testing strategies, standards, and workflows. 负责公司 AI 相关的检测业务的标准制定和全流程搭建，需要主导测试策略、测试标准、测试工作流程的制定
Responsible for managing AI-related business teams, driving business expansion, and facilitating cross-department collaboration. 需要负责 AI 相关业务团队的管理、业务拓展和跨部门协作

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in computer science or a related field. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先
3+ years of experience in software development/project management, familiar with testing methods related to various AI algorithms such as NLP, CV, and LLM. 3年以上软件开发/项目管理相关经验，熟悉 NLP、CV、LLM 等各类 AI 算法相关的测试方法
Familiar with test case design, test case evaluation, and test process construction; possess a genuine interest in AI-related testing work. 熟悉测试用例的设计、测试用例的评估和测试流程的搭建，对从事 AI 相关的测试工作具有一定的热情
Positive work attitude, good communication and cross-organizational coordination skills, willing to innovate, break through, and communicate openly. 工作态度积极向上，具备一定的沟通能力和跨组织协调能力，愿意创新突破，愿意坦诚沟通
Strong logical thinking ability, understanding of customers and business, and commitment to continuous self-improvement. 具备一定的逻辑思维能力，对客户和业务具有一定的理解，能够持续不断的改进自己的工作
