As the Lead Piping Engineer, this role is responsible for
• Lead and coordinate piping team for proper project execution
• Prepare piping deliverable list
• Prepare piping manpower and manhour estimate
• Responsible for the layout design of plant equipment.
• Responsible for pipeline design of plant equipment
• Check deliverables (layout, isometric, mto, etc) prepared by piping team.
• Feasibility studies up to detailed engineering
• Responsible for 3D modeling, pipeline diagram and MTO.
• Review model created by piping team.
• Process pipe and layout evaluation and optimization.
• Perform the duties of site design representative.
• Can use 3D piping software.
• Updating piping related specifications
• Preparing URS for piping-related items
• Have certain field experience.
• Successfully interface with clients, project managers, and engineering professional and coordination between client, suppliers and sub-contractors
