Requirements
Possess around 3-8 years of document control experience, preferably working experience in engineering Company
Good coordination between owner, general contractor, contractors even local government about document, letters and turn-over drawings
Be willing and able to take challenges
Possess high level of integrity and strong sense of initiation
Able to work independently and require minimum supervision
Good command of spoken and written English, strong communication skills
Lead project DC work with overall technical knowledge based on project DC job facility and the client requirements
Coordinate with PM and client (where required) to raise and update project DC manpower plan
Organize daily tasks within DC team and implement performance evaluation on an as requested basis for DC team members
Establish and maintain project DC system, including EDMS data base and project document control manual
Be involved with project kick-off/close out meeting for internal and external DC communication. Focus on DC requirement and provide training for the project team members to make sure project information flow goes smoothly and efficiently
Produce DC related reports and supporting documentation on a weekly basis covering status of key indicators for project management reference as requested
Coordinate with group internal audit team for project documentation management quality control
