Main tasks 1. 负责面向海外的视频内容策划、主题定位及脚本撰写,以及拍摄执行、素材筛选、场景布置、后期剪辑,确保视频内容符合 B 端获客需求。
2. 完成建材相关产品推广视频、案例展示视频及企业形象视频的策划与制作,突出产品特性、应用场景及核心竞争优势。
3. 配合海外市场团队,制定与海外社媒平台推广节奏及获客策略相匹配的视频内容策划方案。
1. Responsible for the planning, theme positioning and script drafting of overseas-oriented video content, as well as the execution of shooting, material selection, scene layout, post-editing, to ensure the video content meets the needs of B-end customer acquisition.
2. Complete the planning and production of building materials-related product promotion videos, case display videos and enterprise image videos, highlighting product features, application scenarios and core competitive advantages.
3. Collaborate with the overseas marketing team to formulate video content planning plans aligned with the promotion rhythm of overseas social media platforms and customer acquisition strategies.

2. 参与海外市场品牌视觉推广主题策划,确保平面设计风格与品牌形象保持一致,并适配目标海外市场的审美偏好。
3. 根据海外社媒运营反馈、获客效果及市场需求变化,优化平面物料策划与设计方案。
1. Required education and experience
所需学历及经验 1. 本科及以上学历,广告设计、视觉传达、影视制作、数字媒体、市场营销等相关专业。
2. 专员岗:2 年以上视频拍摄、平面设计及内容策划相关工作经验;主管岗:4 年以上相关工作经验,具备 1-2 年团队管理经验及丰富的创意策划经历。
3. 有 1 年以上建材行业工作经验者优先(熟悉涂料、砂浆、防水材料等产品者为佳)。
4. 具备海外社媒内容策划及 B 端获客相关经验者优先。
5. 熟悉目标海外市场文化特点及内容偏好者加分。
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Advertising Design, Visual Communication, Film and Television Production, Digital Media, Marketing or related fields.
2. For Specialist: More than 2 years of relevant work experience in video shooting, graphic design and content planning; For Supervisor: More than 4 years of relevant work experience, with 1-2 years of team management experience and rich experience in creative planning.
3. Priority is given to candidates with more than 1 year of working experience in the building materials industry (familiar with coatings, mortars, waterproof materials and other products is preferred).
4. Experience in overseas social media content planning and B-end customer acquisition is highly preferred.
5. Familiar with the cultural characteristics and content preferences of target overseas markets is an advantage.
Knowledge and skills requirements

6. 熟悉海外主流社媒平台(领英、脸书等)运营规则及内容策划趋势。
7. 良好的英语读写能力,能独立完成英文版本创意内容的策划与修改。
