PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
• Use Solidworks to design screw compressor architecture or components, considering product cost, efficiency, and reliability to create the best product on the market.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product design theory and practice.
• Create 2D and 3D drawings for prototypes and mass production.
• Develop detailed FMEA designs and qualification plans.
• Prepare clear and logical materials for Project Development Process (PDP) reviews.
• Utilize quality tooling to solve issues or failures during development.
• File patents for inventions created during daily work.
• Coordinate group meetings with internal/external customers/suppliers effectively.
• Initiate, execute, and track work plans/activities to meet customer requirements.
• Effectively complete assignments using all available resources.

REQUIREMENTS:
Educational Background
• Master degree in Engineering (Fluid machinery,..)
Work Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience, related to screw compressors mechanical design (not in Lab and Model shop, application, etc.).
Knowledge/Skill level
• Manufacturing knowledge of screw compressor is a plus.
• Project management skill is a plus
Language Level
• Language: Fluent English reading and written are must, simple speaking is a plus, and Japanese is a plus.
Others
• Collaborative working mind set is very important across different locations and countries.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, CAD software such as SolidWorks, Pro E, etc.
• Programing skills is a plus, VB, Excel VBA, C, C++, Matlab, Fortran, etc.
