高级制造工艺开发工程师（注塑）

JOB DUTIES
• Responsible for connector mold design and development, support new product development.
负责连接器模具的设计开发，以及支持新产品开发
• Own DFM, PFMEA to optimize product design, process design, tooling design and cost, Realizes tooling and product samples optimization.
负责DFM,PFMEA优化产品设计，过程设计，模具设计以及成本， 实现模具及样品的优化。
• Ensure molds and processes are designed to produce high quality products efficiently at the lowest possible cost.
确保模具和工艺的设计能够以尽可能低的成本，高效生产高质量的产品。
• Provide mold cost estimations for new tooling or processes.
提供新模具或者新制程的成本评估。
• Ensure projects are completed on time and transfer to mass production based on First Article Approval completed with documentation.
确保项目按时完成，并根据完成首件FAAR批准文档导入大规模生产。
• Travel to suppliers/plants for on-site support /fine-tuning or project release.
能够出差前往供应商/工厂进行现场技术支持/调试
• Professional in making conditioning parameter of mold injection machine, especially FANUC.
熟练注塑机工艺制定，熟悉FANUC注塑机
• Analyze the problems encountered during sampling and perform mold debugging and improvement plans.
分析试产过程中遇到的问题，并进行模具调试和实施改善方案
• Good communication skill. Ability to guide mold technician to complete mold assembly and debugging.
良好的沟通交流能力，能够指导模具技师完成模具组装及调试。
• Good at Mold-flow/Modex-3d simulation and analysis.
熟悉 Mold-flow/Modex-3d 仿真和分析
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor of Science or above degree and engineering background.
理工科学士或以上学历以及工程背景
• More than 8 years mold design, process and troubleshooting knowledge / experience, it is better to have high precision connector mold design experience.
8年及以上工作经验，拥有模具设计、工艺和故障排除知识/经验，最好有高精度连接器模具设计经验。
• Strong knowledge of tool fabrication, tool-steel application/selection, heat treating, and plating/coating.
对模具制造、工具钢应用/选择、热处理和电镀/涂层有深入的了解。
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes (Injection, Insert-molding, two-shot, etc.).
对注塑成型工艺（注塑、嵌件成型、双色模等）有深入的了解。
• Strong understanding of plastic, injection machine, auxiliary equipment (strip feed, camera, etc).
对塑胶材料、注塑机、辅助设备（料带拉料机、相机等）有很强的理解。
• Understand tolerance calculations and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
了解公差计算、几何尺寸和公差定义。
• Better to have English communication skill – reading, written and spoken.
