初级制造及工艺开发工程师（设备）

工作职责：Job
Responsibility
1.新产品前期样品制作及其各型设备的装配,调试和改进,制造工艺的验证和改进
Various types of new manual and automatic
equipment assembly and conditioning for new projects, new product development sample making, maintenance and improvement of new equipment Validation and improvement of new product manufacturing processes
2.新产品尺寸测量,功能检查和相关产品和工艺数据收集及分析.
New product and process dimension measurement, functional inspection ,
data collection and analysis
3.供应商制造设备的设计及制造审查和进度跟进. Follow-up design and fabrication of
equipment manufactured by suppliers.
4.设备生产地点的转移和架设。Transfer and set up new equipment at new fabrication site.
5.负责在制样过程中和相关部门或供应商的工作协调, 完成试产分析报告
Responsible for coordinating with related departments or suppliers during sample preparation, Complete the pilot run
analysis report.

1.具有长期从事技术应用和实践工作的坚定意愿.
Strong willingness to engage in
technical application and practical work.
2. 动手能力强,熟练掌握机械加工和钳工技巧,熟悉各类机械，气动，伺服设备的原理,操作和调试.
Strong practical ability, good skills in machining and bench work, familiar with the principle, operation and
debugging of various mechanism, pneumatic and servo equipment.
3. 能够熟练使用各类型测量工具, 能使用CAD设计软件进行工装夹治具的设计；
Able to use various types of measuring tools, able to use CAD design
software for tool design
4. 良好的工艺和设备问题分析能力，较强的时间观念和责任意识，能承受较大工作压力。
Good process and equipment problem analysis skills; strong
sense of responsibility, can work under great pressure.
5. 2年精密机械或电子产品制造现场工作经验，或具备较高的发展潜力,并能适应较长时间的出差.
2 years of on-site work experience in precision parts or electronic
product manufacturing or have good potential for development. And can adapt to
longer business trip.
6. 机械及自动化相关专业，本科学历.英语口语能力者优先.
Mechanical
engineering or automation major is required, Bachelor degree or above. Oral
English ability is preferred.
