Job Responsibilities / 岗位职责 1)Pre-sales & After-sales Support / 售前售后支持 Handle pre-sales inquiries and after-sales three-guarantee services for Bose brand products (headphones, speakers), primarily serving Hong Kong and Taiwan regions, with assistance for Mainland China. 负责Bose品牌产品(耳机、音响)的售前咨询及售后三包服务,主要负责香港台湾,辅助负责大陆地区。 2)Channel Management / 渠道处理 Mainly handle voice calls (approx. 10/day), supplemented by online typing via platforms like WhatsApp and Line (approx. 20/day). 工作形式以语音电话为主(约10个/天),以在线打字为辅(约20个/天,使用WhatsApp, Line)。 3)Service Quality / 服务质量 Provide professional and efficient customer service to ensure customer satisfaction with Bose products. 提供专业高效的客户服务,确保客户对Bose产品的满意度。 Job Requirements / 任职要求 Language Skills / 语言能力 1)Fluent spoken English and Standard Mandarin (No accent/stuttering) for clear telephone communication. 英语口语流利,普通话标准,无口音/口吃(电话沟通)。 2)Experience / 工作经验 Must have experience in answering service calls; previous experience in English call centers is required. 必须有过接听服务电话的经验;需具备英语电话客服经验。 3)Skills / 技能要求 Typing speed must be over 60 words per minute. 每分钟打字60个以上。 4)Background / 背景优先 Priority given to candidates with technical service work experience or 3C electronics background. 有过技术类服务工作经验或3C电子产品经验优先。 5)Age Requirement / 年龄要求 Under 39 years old. 年龄不大于39岁。 Work Schedule / 工作时间 Monday to Saturday, 5-day shift system (2 days off), 9:00-18:00. 周一到周六,轮班做五休二,9:00-18:00。
