MDE工艺工程师（工作地点华东地区有出差）

• Hands-on experience and technical knowledge in any of the following areas: Match, pilot
and scale new cosmetic finishes for production like plating, anodizing, PVD etc.
• Other process knowledge in 3C industry is preferred like Chem. Etching, surface
preparation like blasting/tumbling/ polishing etc.
• 8+ years of relevant mechanical engineering and manufacturing working experience
• Experienced and demonstrated ability to build, lead and manage an engineering/technical
team
• Ability to communicate/promote concepts/concerns to large team and influence on
decision making
• Good experience of on-site build support and work from OEM factories
• A team player who is self-motivated, results oriented and detailed oriented
• Ability and willingness to work independently with cross functional teams, and travel frequently (mainly in Asia)
• Good written and oral commination skills, fluent in English
• BS/MS in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering,
