BS, MS in Chemistry is preferred , Mechanical Engineering or equivalent also acceptable
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
• 3+ years of experience in quality management or process development of high volume
manufacturing mechanical or electronic products/components at international OEM
partners
• Experience with battery is preferred , any of the following: mechanical enclosures,
Stamping parts, tooling, welding, fixtures, or high volume manufacturing quality is
acceptable
• Has passion to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment, must be a self-starter, and be
able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Has deep knowledge on quality management system structure, quality procedures, and the
application of typical quality tools (e.g. MSA, FACA, SPC) and troubleshooting modes and
driving corrective actions
• Knowledge of quality and reliability concepts, supplier management, and general
manufacturing operations, strong technical skills, i.e. problem solving, issue root causing,
analytical skills
• Strong GD&T Basics, has expertise of Metrology Development using advanced analytical
metrology techniques, professional programming skills and hands on measurement is a
plus (CMM, OMM, Laser, CCD, X-rays Etc)
• Strong data analysis ability and Statistics Concept Expertise (Design of Experiments,
ANOVA, Multi-Vari), able to utilize data analysis tools to discover the clues of inherence of
data
