- Collect and analyze maintenance market information and customer needs,
enlarge business scale;

- Achieve maintenance sales target, explore, maintain and develop potential
customers to ensure business development;
完成在用梯销售目标，建立、保持和发展潜在客户，为业务发展提供必要的保障；
- Conduct quotations and follow up different services such as maintenance and repair to accomplish sales target;
对在用梯服务（保养、修理等）的报价及业务跟踪，完成公司下达的业务目标；
- Finish the target of free maintenance – payable maintenance conversion,
lost elevator and escalator recovery, repair and modernization contracts signing;
在用电梯免保转签、市场电梯恢复、修理和改造项目的合同签约，完成公司下达的业务目标；
- Apply and collect due amount timely;
及时申请与收回到期款项；
- Finish other tasks assigned by direct supervisor;
完成上级临时安排的其他任务；
- Strict implementation of Schindler China Safety Policy and Instructions;
严格执行迅达中国安全政策和现场安全标准。
