Objective of job
RTM (Real Time Monitoring)/BLM (battery lifecycle management) are part of the xEV Operations Team responsible for defining both PbP and CBU carlines for RTM and battery lifecycle management to fulfill authorities requirements for NEVs. As NEVs require a different and additional processes versus ICE-cars, we need to make sure:
1. MB products get full market access;
2. MB customers entitled to central and local benefits in the different cities;
3. all central and local regulations are fulfilled and internal management systems and processes are defined;
4. Support the implementation of processes and management systems in time and successfully.
The position will support both RTM and battery lifecycle management implementation in coordination of all activities with all relevant partners within China including central and local government offices together with other relevant departments.
Main tasks
1. Lead and coordinate RTM/ BLM stakeholders for all topics in the field of RTM and BLM and generate overall project status and milestone tracking.
2. Define business model and align topics for RTM/BLM across cross entity incl. FBAC, BMBS, MBGC in the functions: RD, production, sales and aftersales, IT etc.
3. Steer stakeholders according to the project timeline and escalate when necessary to the RTM/BLM Steco and PBC
4. Support in set-up processes and coordinate among key stakeholders on RTM/BLM
5. Preparing for management decision at RTM/BLM Steco and PBC and steering for cross functional alignment.
Qualification
o Education
• Graduated/ Economics, mechanical engineering, technical orientated Business Administration or similar.
O Experience
• With minimum 3 – 5 years in the NEV OEM business
• Consulting business in automotive sector or OEM’s strategic planning division
• 5 plus years Project management experience
o Specific Knowledge
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• High motivation and flexibility combined with a high ability to work independently
• Good organization skills and structured working function
• Proficient knowledge in MS-Office especially in PPT and Excel
• Intercultural competences, team player
