JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of the job is to lead the design and execution of automation engineering projects in the area of expertise, e.g., mechanical, electrical, electronics, software application. The Lead Automation Design Engineer leads and oversees the work of a team of design engineers to ensure project requirements, specification, plan, design and installation are achieved. Position is responsible for design of automation equipment to ensure stipulated specification and requirements are met, and delivered within budget and on time. Position supports Senior Manager of Automation in design of automation equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads and oversees the work of a group of Automation Design Engineers.
- Reviews and approves design drawings, user manual and installation manual.
- Works closely with Project Manager/Engineer to meet project time line and budget.
- Leads the team in review, understanding and interpretation of requirements to ensure all specifications are integrated into the design of automation equipment.
- Leads design engineers in review of design and manufacturability of design.
- Ensures all engineering times are logged into JP2 and correspondent to the projects
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Expert knowledge in the mechanical/electronics/electrical/software application engineering.
- Expert knowledge in the EMS industries.
- Expert knowledge in automation design and installation.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 8-10 years of working experiences in automation equipment design and installation
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
一、岗位要求1.学历与专业背景：本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、自动化、电子信息工程、软件工程等相关专业。2.技术能力基础：具备扎实的代码研发能力，精通至少一种主流编程语言（如 Python、C++、Java），熟悉自动化行业常用开发工具与框架（如 TensorFlow、PyTorch、OpenCV，以及 PLC 编程相关工具）；掌握数据结构、算法设计、数据库原理等基础知识。3.工作经验要求：1年以上软件开发经验，且具备 AI 大模型应用开发与自动化行业相关实战经验。有自动化行业或 AI 领域工作经验，参与过工业 AI 项目开发或后端服务、API 接口、微服务架构设计经验者优先。4.综合能力素养：具备创新思维，能主动探索 AI 大模型在自动化行业的新应用场景与技术方向；拥有良好的沟通能力，能清晰理解业务需求并与跨部门团队高效协作；具备优秀的分析解决问题能力与强烈的责任心，能应对项目开发与运维过程中的各类技术问题。二、岗位职责
1.AI 大模型框架开发与维护：负责设计并实现适配自动化行业场景的 AI 大模型应用框架。2.自动化场景AI大模型技术开发：针对工业设备故障诊断、生产流程优化、质量检测、智能调度等核心场景，开展大模型技术研发与落地。3.业务需求对接与模型迭代优化：通过采集生产过程中的数据反馈，建立数据分析体系，持续监测模型应用效果，推动模型迭代升级。4.自动化系统 AI 集成与协同：负责将研发的 AI 大模型应用模块与现有自动化系统进行集成，解决系统间接口兼容、数据同步、协同工作等问题。
