ME制程工程师（线束）

岗位职责：
1.Keep machine, tooling running in good condition and make improvement
保持机器设备、仪器的正常运行与改善；
2.Optimize process, reduce production waste and cycle time
优化生产步骤，降低生产成本和时间；
3.Support production line to eliminate technical problem proactively
主动并及时协助生产线排除技术障碍问题；
4.Plan and act to remove additional activities to improve efficiency
策划并协助生产线减少浪费，提高生产效率；
5.Design and purchasing application for tooling and fixtures
工治具的设计、制作、改进和申购；
6.Make suggestions in SOP/PI revision
建议修订和完善所有产品的工艺说明；
7.Process setup, sustaining and improvement
制程的建立，改善和维护；
8.Training operators for all process stations
负责所有工艺培训；
9.Raw material trial run for qualification
参与原材料试产，确认原材料的可行性；
10.In charge of transfer process setup, sample building and production instruction
负责转移产品的工艺流程建立，样品的制作和指导试生产；
11.As a team member to finish new product FMEA
协助完成新产品的FMEA。
任职要求：
1、College or BS degree in related mechanical or electronically Science/Engineering
大专以上学历，机械或电子专业。
2、3+ years’ working experience as engineer in multinational manufacturing companies.
3年以上外企工作经验。
3、3+years cable assembly or connector related working experience.
3年及以上线束或连接器工作经验。
4、Have good English speak/read skill. 具有良好的英语读说能力
5、Be familiar with CAD, SolidWorks or Pro/E software 熟悉CAD, SolidWorks 或Pro/E绘图软件
6、Familiar with fixture concept design.，Familiar with ERP system熟悉治工具设计、熟悉ERP系统流程；
7、Familiar with harness production Process flow and PFMEA熟悉线束装配生产工艺流程和PFMEA
8、Familiar with TS16949/ GB 16151-2008 and other system standards熟悉TS16949/ GB 16151-2008等体系要求
9、Familiar with CC/SC definition and application 熟悉CC/SC的定义和应用；
10、Familiar with basic requirement for error-proofing and fool-proofing熟悉防呆防错的基本要求 ；
11、Have knowledge of vehicle cable product application. 了解汽车线束产品应用；
12、Familiar with APQP document requirements and work standards 熟悉APQP文件的要求和制作标准；
