新产品导入工程师（线束工艺-NPI）

工作职责：
1.Study customer drawing, specification to fully understand customer needs.
研究客户图纸，规格书等，充分理解客户需求。
2.Lead charging gun cable assembly process design，prevent/mitigate the process development potential risk.
主导新能源汽车充电枪线束组装工艺设计，防止/减轻工艺开发的潜在风险。
3.Lead cable assembly production equipment selection and non-standard equipment design review, driving the process workflow and equipment improvement solution.
主导线束组装标准设备选型和非标设备设计评审，推动实施工艺流程和设备改善方案
4. Provide problem solving solution during sample making phase related process & equipment.
在样品制作阶段提供相关工艺和设备的问题解决方案
5. Driving the process realization and process performance (e.g. C/T, Yield, OEE) to meet target.
推动工艺实现和制程指标达成（例如: C/T, Yield, OEE）
6. Lead the establishment of MES system, including site setup/system debugging/acceptance
主导建立MES系统，包括站点设定/系统调试/验收
7.Establish and maintain BOM list/assembly labour-hour in internal ERP system
在内部ERP系统中建立和维护BOM清单/组装工时
8.Finish process development related documentation, promote machine & process release to mass production.
完成工艺开发相关文件，推动设备和工艺顺利进入量产。
9. Lesson learned collection and best practice sharing
经验教训收集和***实践分享
10. Other job assignment by manager.

任职要求：
1.College or BS degree in related mechanical or electronically Science/Engineering
大专以上学历，机械或电子专业;
2.10+years cable assembly or connector related working experience.
10年及以上线束或连接器工作经验;
3.Have good English speak/read skill. 具有良好的英语读说能力;
4.Be familiar with CAD, SD software 熟悉CAD, 3D绘图软件;
5.Familiar with fixture concept design. 熟悉治工具设计;
6.Familiar with ERP system 熟悉ERP系统流程;
7.Familiar with harness production Process flow and PFMEA熟悉线束装配生产工艺流程和PFMEA;
8.Familiar with TS16949/ GB 16151-2008 and other system standards熟悉TS16949/ GB 16151-2008等体系要求;
9.Familiar with CC/SC definition and application 熟悉CC/SC的定义和应用Familiar with basic requirement for error-proofing and fool-proofing熟悉防呆防错的基本要求
10.Have knowledge of vehicle cable product application.,Familiar with APQP document requirements and work standards了解汽车线束产品应用
熟悉APQP文件的要求和制作标准;
