To aggressively develop and grow a new client portfolio from the ground up,
capturing market share and consistently exceeding sales targets in the
designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting & Hunting:
客户开发与市场开拓:
  • Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients within key industrial sectors (e.g., Heavy Machinery, Energy, Infrastructure) through strategic hunting activities.
  • 通过战略性市场开拓活动,识别、瞄准并获取重点工业领域(如重型机械、能源、基础设施等)的新企业客户。
  • Build a robust pipeline from scratch, managing the entire sales cycle from initial cold contact to successful deal closure.
  • 从零建立完善的客户开发体系,全程把控从初次陌拜到成功签约的完整销售周期。
  • Develop and nurture a cold lead database, systematically moving prospects through the sales funnel.
  • 拓展并培育潜在客户资源,系统化推动销售线索通过销售漏斗转化。
  • Leverage diverse channels including cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events to generate new leads.
  • 运用多元化渠道开发新客户,包括电话陌拜、领英社交、人脉拓展及行业活动等多种方式。
2. Sales Execution & Deal Management:
销售执行与交易管理:
  • Prepare, manage, and present timely and competitive quotations tailored to client needs and project specifics.
  • 根据客户需求与项目特点,及时制定、管理并呈现具备竞争力的报价方案。
  • Lead skilled negotiations on terms, conditions, and pricing to secure profitable contracts.
  • 主导商务谈判,熟练把握条款、条件与价格三大核心要素,确保签订盈利性合同。
  • Oversee the deal process from inception to closure, ensuring alignment with company policies and client expectations.
  • 全面监督交易流程从启动到收官的各环节,确保既符合公司政策规范,又满足客户预期要求。
3.Relationship & Account Management:
客户关系与账户管理:
  • Conduct regular client visits and presentations to build strong, long-term relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • 通过定期客户拜访与方案展示,建立稳固的长期合作关系,并持续挖掘新商机。
  • Represent the company at key business associations, trade chambers, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and network.
  • 代表公司参与重点商业协会、贸易商会及行业活动,持续提升品牌影响力并拓展商业网络。
  • Manage the post-sale relationship in coordination with operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

4. Commercial Administration:

  • Oversee the preparation and execution of contracts, ensuring all terms are clearly defined and met.

  • Manage the designated sales and marketing budget effectively to maximize return on investment.

  • Maintain impeccable records in the CRM system, providing accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

专业技能与工作经验:
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales and business development experience in the logistics project sector, with a strong hunter mentality.
  • 五年以上物流项目领域销售及业务开发实战经验,需具备出色的市场开拓能力。
  • A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • 具备持续完成并超越销售指标的可靠履历。
  • Strong knowledge of the industrial market in China. Experience in Project Cargo or EPC logistics is a significant advantage.
  • 深耕中国工业市场并具备扎实认知,拥有项目货物运输或EPC工程物流经验者优先。
  • Expertise in the full sales cycle: prospecting, cold calling, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
  • 精通完整销售周期全流程,涵盖客户开发、电话陌拜、方案呈现、商务谈判与成交签约各环节。
  • Proficiency in using a CRM to manage pipelines and track performance.
  • 熟练运用CRM系统管理销售管线并追踪业绩表现。
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) is mandatory. Native Chinese.
  • 中文母语水平,并具备流利的英语沟通与书面表达能力。
