职位描述
1、基地主要从事牛油果及葡萄的育苗工作，需要负责基地育苗及母本种植相关工作：按照要求做好植物保护、施肥灌溉、温湿度监测及调控园艺修剪等操作；
2、负责对基地苗木及母本详细数据采集、记录备案分析；
3、协助技术员指导苗圃育苗种植、进行田间管理，同时优化育苗、种植环节及安全卫生环节；
4、协助技术人员组织生产、管理人员、物资等；
5、上级安排的其他与生产相关的事情；
二、岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，土壤与植物营养、园艺（水果方向）、植物保护、设施农业、农业等专业；
2、热爱种植，热爱栽培，热爱农业；
3、愿意从事农业苗圃及种植管理等工作
3、性格开朗、积极进取、沟通表达能力强，有良好的责任心和团队合作精神
