Job Description:
 Participate in and handle cross-border investment and mergers & acquisitions projects, as well as various legal and compliance matters for multinational corporations operating in and outside of China.
 Draft and review legal documents in both Chinese and English, draft legal opinions and suggestions, and provide legal analysis and advice on transaction structures, compliance, and enforceability.
 Opportunity to work with numerous overseas lawyer colleagues, gaining familiarity and understanding of cross-border transaction market rules.
 Independently complete tasks for simpler transactions and matters under the assistance of junior lawyers or interns.
Qualifications and Requirements:
 3-5 years of work experience in well-known Chinese or foreign law firms, capable of independently handling project affairs and daily legal matters, with relevant experience in FDI, ODI cross-border mergers & acquisitions, and compliance.
 Aspiring to long-term development in cross-border business.
 Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
 Solid legal foundation, clear logical thinking, and strong writing ability.
 Strong communication and coordination skills.
 Upright character, rigorous work ethic, adherence to professional ethics, and good teamwork spirit.
