Core Responsibilities:
Work closely with customer team work out the updated rolling forecast and continuously improve the delivery performance to fulfill the customer requirement;

Control and optimize the inventory level covering raw material, semi-finished goods, finish goods and MRO to improve the inventory turns;

Responsible for the coordination, preparation and execution of monthly S&OP and weekly MPS meeting with cross functional team members and deducting decision templates for Plant Manager

Optimize the line feeding process and ensure serial production running smoothly;

Work closely with engineering and project team to support the new project launch;

Optimize t transportation cost and control the logistic expense;

Provides input for plant strategy, develops the SC plant strategy according to higher- level strategies

Implements the SC plant organization structure according to global standards

Plant responsible for BOS Compass SCM Pillar roadmap and results

Ensure the import and export work can fulfill material purchasing and sales requirement, control the process, define HS code and coordinator between plant forwarder and logistics plan

Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures;

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
1. Familiar with the SAP system;
熟悉SAP系统
2. Proficient with MS office;
精通MS办公软件
3. Good experience in inventory management;

4. Experience in Lean Manufacturing and JIS;
有精益制造和JIS经验
5. At least 5years working experience in automotive products manufacturing environment;
5年以上汽车产品制造环境的工作经验
6. Strong oral and written communication skills;
较强的口头和书面沟通能力
7. The use of English as a (foreign) language includes
conversation, correspondence, grammar, text apprehension, etc.

8. Bachelor’s degree or above
