Purpose of the Job 职位目的:
The Human Resources Manager originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

The Human Resources Manager will coordinate the implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; serves on the executive management team; and assists and advises company management team about Human Resources issues. These are the primary objectives:

1. Protects the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations. 根据公司的人力资源政策和政府法律法规,保护员工和公司的利益。

Key Job Responsibilities主要职责:
The Human Resources Manager guides and manages the overall Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company. The major areas directed are:人力资源经理负责指导和管理整个公司的人力资源服务、政策及各项计划。其主要职责包括:
-Leads the development of department goals, objectives and systems. 负责领导、制定部门工作目标和体系。
-Preparation and maintenance of such relvant reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of the department. 准备和支持各执行部门职能所需的各类相关报告。
-Provides necessary education and materials to managers and employees including workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, and standardized reports. 为管理人员和员工提供必要的教育和培训材料,包括研讨会、手册、员工手册以及标准化报告等。
-Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation. 配合建立正向的雇主与员工关系,并提升员工的士气与积极性,就员工关系的优化提出实践建议。
-Set up and implement recruiting plan and coordinate with other departments. 与其他部门进行协调,制定并实施招聘计划。
-Performance management and improvement systems. 建立绩效管理和改进体系。
-Establishes the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses.制定公司的薪资结构和薪酬政策,并监督公司内部的变动薪酬体系,包括奖金等。
-Leads participation in at least one salary survey per year. 每年至少参与一次薪酬调查,了解市场薪酬情况。
-Establish C&B and promotion policy, recommends changes in benefits offered, especially new benefits aimed at employee satisfaction and retention. 制定薪酬福利和晋升政策,为现行的的福利措施提供建议和改进措施,特别是旨在提高员工满意度和稳定性的举措。
-Leads the development of benefit orientations and other benefit training. 负责领导开展入职培训及其他福利相关的培训。
-Identifies and monitors the organization’s culture so that it supports the attainment of the company’s goals and promotes employee satisfaction. 识别和监管组织文化,以确保与公司目标的实现有较高的一致性,同步提升员工的满意度。
-Ensure office, dormitory, safety guards and canteen’s administration to support company operation.确保办公室、宿舍、安保及食堂的管理能够支持公司运营。
-Coordinate and develop relevant relationships with local government. 与相关的当地政府进行建立良好的关系。
Conducts a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments. 持续研究所有人力资源政策、计划和方案,使管理层了解最新动态。
Qualifications任职资格:
-University degree
大学学历;
-More than 5 years HR and administrative working experience, and 3 years in supervisor role is preferred.
5年以上的人事与行政相关工作经验,3年以上的管理经验;
-Experienced in manufactory HR department is the must. Similar company industry or business size working experience is the plus.
制造业相关人事管理经验是必须的。有同类行业或者业务规模的工作经验者优先。
-Strong communication skills, loyal, open and initiative, with good sense of responsibilities.
良好的交流技巧,诚实,外向主动,有责任心;
-Working independently and under high pressure.
承受压力,独立开展工作;
-Good English, both in written and spoken.
