□ Developing the NVH performance assessment methods for complete mechatronic suspension systems (dampers, mounts, bushings, electro-hydraulic valves, pumps, electronics) □ Expanding the testing capabilities & footprint of our NVH testing lab □ Expanding the use of NVH simulation & modelling in new product development □ Defining NVH statements of requirements in the development of new suspension products and it’s components □ Participating in new technology development projects to ensure NVH & vehicle performance targets are achieved □ Releasing test specifications, procedures & work instructions for standardized NVH performance validation testing □ Training & coaching members in the various global application engineering locations to execute standardized NVH testing
