Responsibilities •Support patient experience project implementation and management. •Assist in handling other incoming internal requests to ensure timely responses. •Provide necessary support to events that team involved. •Perform any job-related assignments as required. Requirements •Bachelor degree or above •>3 years solid experience in project management, prefer patient support experience. •Self-motivated, high sense of responsibilities, customer-service mindset and details oriented. •Excellent communication / interpersonal skill. •Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle priorities. •Perform activities in a timely and accurate manner. •Good attributes of attention to details. •oral& written English and Chinese, good PC skills.
