细胞活性实验活性测试细胞培养
Responsibilities
  • The candidate will support J&J IM large
    molecule products in-country testing, specifically on bioassays. The
    candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting these assays in China HA
    labs.
  • The candidate will perform sample testing,
    present data to technical teams, and develop/optimize/qualify new
    analytical methods for filing projects and regional projects.
  • The candidate will work closely with internal
    colleagues and external partners to ensure a smooth knowledge and method
    procedure transfer.
  • The candidate will manage analytical equipment and
    perform related activities in the lab.
  • The candidate will order and maintain reagents and
    consumables needed for the experiments.
  • The candidate will be expected
    to maintain laboratory notebooks in a GXP compliant manner, prepare study
    protocols, reports and SOPs.
  • The candidate will support the development of efficient
    work processes relevant to analytical activities. This may include
    authoring or reviewing templates, guidelines, policies or project plans.
  • The candidate will perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • The candidate will maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualification
  • A minimum of a MS with more than 1 year
    relevant industry experience or a BS with more than 3 years
    relevant industry experience is required
  • Hands-on laboratory experience with basic bioassay techniques such as cell-based assays, ELISA assays, Western blot and flow cytometry assays are required
  • Experience
    with analytical method development for a variety of cell-based bioassays
    and binding assays is required
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment is required
  • QC release and stability testing experience is preferred
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated for personal development
