In collaboration with UPM R&D teams,
you will –
l Design, execute and monitor experiments related to cell culture
media optimization and upstream process development
l Support tech transfer of developed projects from/to customer sites
l Accountable for completing the assigned task in a timely manner
l Maintenance of lab facility, equipment and technical improvements
l Document study results in notebooks, forms, and technical reports
l Effective communication of data/results through written
documentation and oral presentation
Who you are:
l Master’s degree or above in Biological Science, Cell Biology,
Biochemistry, Biotechnology
l 3+ years of industrial working experience in upstream process
development
l Hand-on experience of mammalian cell culture with
fed-batch/perfusion process
l Strong learning agility
l Good collaborative and communication skills
l Previous experience in optimization using statistical tools (DOE) is
preferred
l Good spoken and written English
l Experience and skills in data science and bioinformatics is a plus
