Talent Acquisition Specialist/Manager

JobPurpose:
The senior ETA will provide end to end talent acquisition
service to assigned business units. Own the full life cycle recruiting process
supporting a wide range of positions and levels including (AD to VP level). As
a strategic talent acquisition business partner to help the business foster to
the growth of our organization.
KeyResponsibilities:
1. As dedicated recruiting owner to implement the talent acquisition plan and projects.
2. Develop recruitment strategies in order to attract senior talents to join the organization.
3. Explore, assess and maintain diverse & innovative recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates and ensure cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
4. Optimize recruitment process from talent pool establishment, interview, assessment, feedback and on-boarding process, to build good employee experience throughout recruitment cycle, as part of employer branding.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners to ensure hiring strategy and activity is aligned with business needs and corporate framework.
6. Maintain the talent pool and networks with the talents according to the recruiting priority and strategy to strengthen in Chinese and overseas market.
7. Create and lead recruiting projects to drive hiring progress.
8. Implement company policy and HR regulations based on a strong knowledge of labor law and employment best practices.
9. Support related recruiting report and daily operations when needed.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience is required, life science (biology, chemistry, and pharmaceutical science) hiring experience is preferred.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above.
3. Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines.
4. Entrepreneurship, proactive, creative, fast learner.
5. Highly detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
