We are looking forward to Design Quality Engineer in Eaton’s electrical business, based in Shenzhen, China. This exciting role offers opportunity to:
- Manage the technical review meeting in new product development process, lead experts to recognize the design risk, shorten the TTM and saving the cost; 管理新产品开发过程中的技术评审会议，带领专家识别设计风险，缩短TTM，节约成本；
- Evaluate DFSS tool application in NPD and drive the toop application effective and quality improvement; 评估DFSS工具在NPD中的应用，并推动toop应用的有效性和质量改进；
- Grasp the international/GB standard content, grasp the design guide and test guide requirements, monitor the new trend and make sure product can fully comply the standard; 掌握国际/GB标准内容，掌握设计指南和测试指南要求，监控新趋势，确保产品完全符合标准；
- Plan improvement proposal to improve design quality through acknowledge the application environment, lesson learned etc.; 通过了解应用环境、经验教训等，制定改进方案，提高设计质量；
- Analyze application environment. Assess validation method to improve process and tools; 分析应用环境。评估验证方法，以改进流程和工具；
- Approval design verification and validation report during the product development stages; 批准产品开发阶段的设计验证和确认报告；
- Requires the ability to Identify quality issues which could negatively impact program deliverables and initiates appropriate corrective action; 需要能够识别可能对项目交付成果产生负面影响的质量问题，并采取适当的纠正措施；
- Analyze the design and validate process, perfect the design process and test method suitable and feasible. 分析设计和验证过程，完善适合可行的设计程序和测试方法。
- Bachelor in Electrical related expertise；电气相关专业学士学位
- 5 years experiences in hardware design engineer, system engineer, design quality control engineer; 5年硬件设计工程师、系统工程师、设计质量控制工程师经验；
- Experience with New product introductions at global contract manufactures；有在全球推出新产品的经验；
- Technical background, experience in engineering for power products preferred；技术背景，有电力产品工程经验者优先；
- Effective oral and written communication skills；有效的口头和书面沟通技巧；
