WORK RESPONSIBILITIES,
1, New products phase in related activities: prepare process flow, PFMEA, tooling estimation, pilot run follow up
2, Key process parameter set up and follow up improvement
3, Create and update standard work & process change follow up (ECN)
4, Operation cost analysis and SAP routing set up
5, Lead kaizen projects including labor efficiency improvement, quality improvement, lead time reduction and so on.
6, Optimize production plan information for each line, optimize operator arrangement and machine utilization
7, Responsible for line KPI management and improvement
8, Material management to keep accurate material consumption
REQUIREMENT,
1, Bachelor's degree, mechnical engineering major preferred
2, Knowledgeof Lean Manufacturing
3, Excellent communication skill for team work
4, Proficient in MS office software and Auto CAD
5, Basic English spoken and written skills
6, Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
7, Good at people management
