电气测试PLC电池测试系统调试伺服控制器非标设备
We are looking for a Service Engineer for our Test Systems BU China, Division Industrial Technology at our location in Shanghai.
Your tasks:
Your tasks:
- Main Objectives: Provide service for complex automated test equipment and drive systems. Go to the customer site to make fault diagnosis, repair defects and replace spare parts. Help team of foreign experts to set up and commission test equipment in China.
- Daily tasks included but not limited to: Being responsible for Customer satisfaction, and providing support to customers on time; Communicating faults and working on solutions with experts from HQ in Germany; Enabling the possibility for on-time remote maintenance. Identify spare and worn parts on test benches. Do repairs and replacements at the test bench with special tools.
- Calibrate sensors on-site with special calibration equipment.
- Having an Engineering degree in plant equipment construction, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering, study or work out of China is a plus. At least 3 years of Service or maintenance of machinery/plant equipment-related experience. Has the Ability to find solutions to complex faults by trial and error, crosschecking parts. Service experience for European plant equipment construction company would be a plus.
- Experience in Assembling precision components like bearings, and sealing. Has knowledge and expertise in Geometry Measuring and alignment of machine components.
- Knowledge and experience of Siemens PLC S7-300/400 and TIA programming and fault diagnosis. Experience with commissioning Variable frequency drives (brand Siemens, Emerson CT, ABB etc…)
- Experience with PATOOLS application and diagnosis. Good understanding of automation software applications, such as PATOOLS, PUMA, Morphee, etc. Having experience in battery testing would be a plus.
- Willingness for business travel within China 80%. Willing to go to Germany for an extended period of up to 3 months for extensive training if required.
