Customs Brokerage Agent

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receive and verify declaration documents and information.
日常接单及文件、申报要素审核
• Accurate and timely entry processing through local Customs.
在报关系统及时准确完成申报录入工作
• Monitor customs clearances and communicate with Customers.
追踪申报进度，及时和客户沟通
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into operating systems.
保证操作系统及时准确的信息录入
• To arrange the cargo delivery issue after shipment releasing, and timely billing.
送货后及时安排送货，完成账单
• Adherence to procedures and productivity standards and ensure smooth flow of files
按照操作流程高效完成工作任务
• Ensure operation in compliance with the regulations of local Customs laws and other government agencies.
保证操作符合海关及相关法律法规要求
Experience:
• Bachelor degree or above
本科以上学历
• Familiar with import and export declaration process, solid brokerage knowledge
熟悉进出口申报流程，具备扎实的关务知识
• 1-3 years of Customs Broker’s experience is required. Pass CCBA test is preferred
1-3年以上报关员经验，持有报关协会报关水平测试优先
• Use of standard office equipment and good computer skills (e.g. MS Excel, MS word etc.)
熟练使用电脑及办公软件
• Good command of English, written and reading
良好的英语书写及阅读能力
• The ability to effectively interact with all types of clients
