2、负责并推进相关新产品方案/创新技术/研发课题的设计和研发
3、收集市场需求、客户需求和技术发展趋势，负责制定或参与新产品和新技术的发展战略规划；
4、负责创新产品/技术的知识积累：设计手册、设计开发Know How、DFMEA、LESSON LEARN等。
5、推动具有自主知识产权的核心技术方案进入主机厂，参与主机厂概念设计和前期研发，提供专业的核心产品技术解决方案。
6.会英语或者日语，优先考虑
7.有5年以上汽车行业内外饰件设计经验
