职位描述
1、主导供应商考核、评价。对新开发的供应商就品质、技术、交付等能力进行评定。
2、模具工装的开发过程管理。新工装启动技术资料点检，项目管理控制计划编制，主导工装DR技术评审，工装制造进度管控，工装试模验证及问题点关闭管理，工装移转验收，工装技术经验总结，工装数据管理。
3、供应商管理。针对供应商技术能力、品质、业绩、服务进行分类评价、评级，建立优劣质供应商名录，根据名录进行辅导、奖惩、淘汰等活动，形成有效的供应商绩效管理系统。
4、模具工装开发技术问题点、开发节点管理，以及模具工装的设计变更的管理。
5、其他模具供应商开发&管理，模具项目管理 等相关工作内容。
岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，4年以上模具供应商开发/管理 或模具项目管理工作经验；
2、精通供应商质量管理相关知识；
3、熟悉模具设计原理和模具、配件加工工艺；
4、掌握CAD、UG、Office等软件的运用；
5、掌握ISO9001质量体系以及熟练运用5大手册知识进行供应商项目开发过程管理；
6、熟悉注塑模具设计、制造、加工等相关工艺；
7、熟悉汽车塑料零配件 品质要求及客户需求。
