1. Work closely with shift operators to take charge of the daily operation of the plant including process adjustment, pipeline delivery systems, product quality control, trailer Loading, Routine field /equipment inspection etc. Ensure the plant runs safely and efficiently.
2. Lead the shift operators for plant Startup /Emergency Shutdown / emergency response, Trouble-shooting etc.
3. Assist maintenance Engineers to implement Preventive Maintenance.
4. Assist the production supervisor to manage the safety of contractor or visitors.
5. Holding safety meetings and performing safety audits (including APSAM, SIP, BSP, safety training and so on) and writing safety reports.
6. Acting as a safety Permit issuer to issue the Safety permits, manage field safety /maintenance safety /construction safety etc.
7. Keep good communication with customer for closely cooperation. Work closely with logistics, customers, local operation team, GSSM team, OTS team, commercial team etc.
8. Lead the new operator training /update the plant operating procedures etc.
9. Keep &Audit control room and other working area clean and easier accessibility.
10. This position holder shall be able to complete the plant start-up or shut down independently.
11. Have certain maintaining ability, timely complete some of the preventive maintenance task, MI work, troubleshooting and relevant equipment inspection independently, and then cooperating with engineers to finish major maintenance or TAR.
12. Lead the plant productivity actions, SWIM development and minor project commissioning activities.
13. Be responsible for document management, update and control.
14. Follow the job arrangement of the company, complete the other tasks assigned by the Plant Manager.
15. Acting as the plant management representative during the absence of plant management people.
16. To exercise the power of shift leader and fulfill the duty of shift leader issued by company, in terms of safety management.
1. 与当班技术员紧密合作，负责工厂的日常运行，包括工艺调整，管道输送系统，产品质量控制，槽车装载，日常现场/设备巡检等，确保工厂安全高效地运行；
2. 领导当班操作人员进行工厂启动/紧急关闭/紧急响应，故障排除等;
3. 协助维修工程师实施预防性维修;
4. 协助生产主管管理承包商或访客的安全;
5. 组织召开安全会议，进行安全审核(包括APSAM, SIP, BSP，安全培训等)，撰写安全报告;
6. 作为安全许可证签发人签发安全许可证，管理现场安全/维修安全/施工安全等;
7. 与客户保持良好的沟通，密切合作。与物流/客户/本地运营团队/GSSM团队/OTS团队/商务团队等紧密合作;
8. 负责新员工培训/更新工厂操作程序等;
9. 保持控制室和其他工作区域的清洁和便于安全作业;
10. 应独立地完成装置的启动或停机;
11. 具有一定的维护能力，能独立及时完成部分预防性维护任务、MI工作、故障排除及相关设备检查，并配合工程师完成重大维护或TAR;
12. 领导工厂生产效率优化行动，SWIM开发和小项目调试活动;
13. 负责文件的管理、更新和控制;
14. 服从公司的工作安排，完成工厂经理交办的其他任务;
15. 在工厂管理人员不在时，作为工厂管理人员的代表;
16. 在安全管理方面，行使班长的权力，履行公司交办的班长职责。
