Ensure to comply with AP and local EHS standard, fulfill the mandatory safety requirement and activities: safety training, safety meeting, BSP (APT, JSA etc.) and all other requirements by AP EH&S and local regulation.
Monitor the serviceability of plant equipment and facilities and ensure they adhere to safety, housekeeping and environmental requirements.
Responsible for all Electrical equipment regular maintenance and repairing such as all HV&MV&LV transformer power supply system, MCC, motor and lighting etc.
Response to maintenance requirements that could be scheduled, unscheduled and emergency jobs, on 24/7 base, prompt response to requests for assistance and putting in the time and effort to meet our customer’s expectations.
To be familiar with all equipment in plants, maintain all mechanical equipment accurate documents integrity and equipment history database reachable.
Provide hand-on technical skills at the troubleshooting and all related maintenance work or supporting work responsible.
Perform preventive maintenance work and support to implement MI work, such as SAP PM01-03 tasks, troubleshooting, repair for all responsibly equipment.
Coordinate or assist of supervision the contractor’s work in the facility or shop to guarantee safety and quality and reliability.
Continually to drive productivity and cost savings and enhancement through improved work process and equipment performance. Initiate and Implement CI (continuous improvement) saving projects.
Reporting-Time entry weekly and prepare technical reports either written or through entries into the resource management system to maintain accurate documentations on the plants, and to provide information for others in the organization to carry out their responsibilities effectively.
Provide electrical diagnostics services in troubleshooting and resolving machinery issues using vibration diagnostics tools and failure analysis techniques. This includes issuing failure analysis reports and cost-effective recommendations for reliability improvements.
Develop electrical job-packs for major overhauls.
Initiate and implement reliability and/or efficiency improvement initiatives and best practices on operating machinery and focus on CoNC
Provide installation and commission support for new projects.
Participate in the planning and execution of minor and major shutdowns.
Provide technical and hands on support as required during shutdowns.
Spare parts inventory review and parts purchasing support technically, effort in plant reliability improvement.
Keep abreast of and evaluate new methodologies, work practices, for application and use within the plant.
Assist in the development, implementation, and periodic review of preventative/predictive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned shutdowns and improve overall plant on stream capability.
Business travel within AP region is required based on the actual need.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Be honest and responsible.
Diploma or higher education holder in Electrical Engineering, Preferred the relative working experience in a petrochemical or manufacturing environment. Strong working knowledge and hands on experience with electrical related equipment.
Working Experience:
The minimum requirements for the electrical engineer’s position are 3 years experiences in the same or similar industry.
Possess good oral and written communication skills, preferable with English language.
Able to work independently as well as in a team player.
Basic office software operation.
