电子产品机械设备电气设备电气机械/电力设备金属制品业工业自动化
1.负责产品技术支持类工作,解决客户在使用我们的产品时遇到的问题,包括电话、邮件和在线支持。收集整理客户的反馈信息。
1. Responsible for product
technical support work, solving problems encountered by customers when using
our products, including phone, email, and online support. Collect and organize
customer feedback information.
2.公司产品的故障判断,检测,拆装、分析、维修和维护。
2. Fault diagnosis, detection,
disassembly, analysis, repair, and maintenance of company products.
3.协助进行销售。
3. Assist in sales.
4.上级分配的其他任务。
4. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
1. 大专及以上学历,有工科专业;
1.College degree or above, with a major in engineering.
2. 能吃苦耐劳,适应出差;责任心强,工作认真,有较好的服务意识及压力承受能力;
2. Able to endure hardship and adapt to business trips; Strong sense of responsibility,diligence in work, with good service awareness and ability to withstand pressure.
3. 良好的客户服务意识、团队合作精神及沟通表达能力;
3. Good customer service awareness, teamwork spirit, communication and expression skills.
4. 熟悉Windows等操作系统,会使用基本的办公软件;
4.Familiar with operating systems such as Windows and able to use basic office software.
5. 具有一定的英语听说读写能力,有其他语言优势加分。
5. Having a certain level of English listening, speaking,
reading, and writing skills,Other language could be a plus.
6:有现场实际安装(车库门,庭院门等为佳,或其他同类产品)或者开门机电机调试经验优先考虑
Experience in actual installation on site (garage door, courtyard door, etc.,or other similar products) or door opener motor commissioning is preferred.)
