Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Operational Responsibilities操作职责
· Be responsible for the procurement and logistics support of the group's strategic conference, as well as assisting all departments in organizing various large-scale work meetings.负责做好集团战略大会及配合各部门完成各类大型工作会议的采购、后勤保障工作;
· Be responsible for the management of fixed assets such as inventory checking, requisition and disposal; coordinate with various manufacturers for maintenance work, and compile and submit monthly summaries.负责固定资产的盘点、申购、报废等管理工作,对接各厂家进行维护工作,月度汇总上报;
· Assist the supervisor in drafting or improving the company’s various administrative management systems based on the group’s development needs and actual situation; complete the drafting of all relevant notices and official letters of the group’s administrative department; assist the supervisor in finishing the textual work related to internal and external corporate culture promotion, organization and planning.根据集团发展的需要及现实情况协助上级制定公司各项行政管理制度的撰写或完善;完成集团行政部各项相关通知、函件的撰写;协助上级完成内外部企业文化宣传、组织策划的文字类工作;
· Assist all departments in organizing and holding various work meetings, and keep accurate meeting minutes.协助各部门组织召开各类工作会议,并做好会议记录;
· Be responsible for obtaining official notices issued by the Dongcheng District Federation of Industry and Commerce, Dongcheng District Federation of Trade Unions, Dongcheng District Red Cross Society, Dongcheng District Chamber of Commerce, Dongcheng District Certification and Regulation Department, property management companies, fire departments and other relevant parties; fully understand the content of these notices, promptly inform all relevant departments, and ensure that all required procedures are completed smoothly within the valid time limit.负责获取东城区工商联、东城区总工会、东城区红十字会、东城区商会、东城区认证监管、物业、消防等下发的通知,熟悉掌握通知内容,及时了解并通知到各个部门,保证在有效的时间内顺利办理完成;
· Be responsible for the preparation of large-scale activities such as corporate culture promotion, official WeChat account operation, company website maintenance, corporate review meetings, exhibition participation and seminar attendance; complete post-event content collation, and undertake follow-up promotional work including the update of corporate *********.做好企业文化、企业公众号、公司网站、公司评审会议、参加展会、研讨会等大型活动的准备、会后内容整理,企业宣传册更新等后期活动宣传工作;
· Undertake liaison and reception work with relevant external departments; handle internal visitor reception, incoming calls, inquiry responses and information transmission.对外相关部门联络接待,对内接待来访、接听来电、解答咨询及传递信息工作;
· Be responsible for the circulation of approval procedures for administrative expenses and business trip applications, as well as the centralized ticket and accommodation booking service for all staff (including hotels, flight tickets and train tickets).负责行政费用签批手续流转、出差申请流转及代订全员票务预定(含酒店、机票、火车票)工作;
· Complete the management and registration of human resources and administrative qualification documents.做好人事行政资质文件的管理登记工作;
· Fulfill daily administrative support work including holiday arrangement and decoration, daily express delivery sending and receiving, monthly settlement of property-related affairs and other related tasks.做好各种节日安排布置、日常顺丰收发快递、物业对接等月结及行政类日常保障工作;
· Assist superiors in internal affairs and safety management, and provide timely and effective administrative services for other departments.协助上级进行内务、安全管理,为其他部门提供及时有效的行政服务;
· Comply with the leadership’s arrangements and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.服从领导安排,完成上级交办的其他工作。

2. Job Responsibilities工作职责:
· Fully understand company’s policy, manual, objective and other related procedures全面理解公司的政策、手册、目标以及相关的工作流程。
· Strictly implement team Working Instructions严格按照部门工作指导书操作。
3. Compliance Responsibilities行为规范:
· Full understanding of the company’s Compliance Code全面理解公司的职业道德规范准则。
· Attend Compliance training参加职业道德规范的培训。
· Sign Compliance Annex C. 签署职业道德规范声明。
4. Security/Safety Responsibilities安全保密:
· Understand the Security and Safety Manual and Procedures熟悉公司保密、安全准则以及相关工作指导。
· Act as per Working Instructions根据公司相关作业指导书操作。
5. Other Responsibilities (Finance/HR/IT etc.)财务/人事/信息技术及其他:
· Act as per Employee Handbook and IT policy遵守公司员工手册和IT政策。
· Accept training of IT, HR and related department接受IT、人事和其他相关部门的培训。
6. HSE 健康安全和环境:
· All employees commit to adhering to the HSE framework and complying with all HSE regulations of Cotecna.所有员工承诺遵守Cotecna HSE的框架,并遵守HSE的所有规定。
Qualification (Education/Training, Experience/Background, Skills and other requirements)
任职资格(教育背景、培训、工作经验、技能以及其他要求)
· Familiar with certification standards or normative documents, certification accreditation related standards and certification procedure requirements 熟悉认证依据标准或规范性文件,认证认可相关标准及认证程序要求;
· Strong insight, skilled at identifying problems, able to efficiently organize document records. 洞察力强擅长发现问题,能高效整理文件记录;
Strong team spirit, good adaptability and learning ability 较强的团队意识,良好的应变能力和学习能力。
